Growing up in Poland, I was surrounded by fresh, organic food from my grandparents’ farm, which sparked my love for nourishing, wholesome food. After moving to London, I saw firsthand how processed foods impacted my health, deepening my interest in nutrition and well-being.
Spending nearly 20 years in the hospitality industry, working in organic, seasonal, and sustainable restaurants like Petersham Nurseries, I developed a deep appreciation for high-quality food and its impact on health. Working closely with chefs and producers, I saw how modern diets often filled with processed foods were affecting people’s well-being. Customers frequently sought healthier options, struggled with food intolerances, or needed guidance on better eating habits, reinforcing my passion for nutrition.
At the same time, I noticed many women around me friends, colleagues, and clients battling hormonal imbalances, fatigue, and digestive issues, often feeling unheard and unsupported. Seeing their struggles made me determined to empower women with nutritional knowledge and holistic solutions.
This led me to study nutritional therapy, and I’ve never looked back. Now, as a certified Nutritional Therapist, I help women achieve lasting health through personalized, evidence-based nutrition, addressing the root causes of their concerns so they can feel their best.
